Miners Win Fourth Straight With 19-6 Win Over Paducah; News And Notes

Miners Beat Chiefs Saturday Night

Madisonville (5-3) defeated Paducah 19-6 at Elmer Kelley Stadium on Saturday night. The win was the fourth straight for Madisonville and moved them into sole possession of third place in the OVL standings. The loss marked the sixth straight for Paducah (1-7).

The Miners broke out the long ball, hitting five home runs on the night. Chase Hensley hit two dingers, Austin Sistrunk added a grand slam, and Nolan Ramsey and Logan Jarvis each homered as well.

Nathan Williams and Ryan Garner each drove in two runs to pace the Chiefs at the plate.

Garret Sendelbach picked up the Win for the Miners; Noah Pierce took the Loss for Paducah.
