The Ohio Valley League will play its inaugural All Star Game tonight in Paducah (weather permitting). The game will get underway at 7:00 pm CT at Brooks Stadium. The game will streamed online by Hopkinsville radio station WHOP AM 1230 (WHOP Radio AM 1230).

Madisonville Miners head coach Jared Franklin will coach the OVL West squad, and Dubois County Bombers head coach Andy Lasher will coach the OVL East squad. The squads were chosen by the Ohio Valley League head coaches based upon the on-the-field performance this season.

The Miners placed ten players on the All Star roster:

• Pitchers: Brandon Dusenberry, Garret Sendelbach, Jose Fernandez
• Catcher: Joe McGuinness
• First Base: Wesley Birchmeier
• Short Stop: Tom Prospero
• Outfielders: Genesis Hillard, Nolan Ramsey, Logan Jarvis
• Designated Hitter: Chase Hensley
