Big Changes in OVL for 2023

The Ohio Valley League will have a 12th team in our 12th Season. We continue to grow into a larger and more competitive Summer collegiate baseball league. The newest member of the Ohio Valley League will be the Clarksville, TN Whirlybirds.
The Whirlybirds will be part of the South division. The South division will include the Bowling Green Pistons (formerly the Franklin Duelers), Hopkinsville Hoppers, Hendersonville Full Count Rhythm, Paducah Chiefs, and Fulton Railroaders. The North division will include the Louisville Jockeys, Dubois County Bombers, Owenboro Riverdawgs, Henderson Flash, Muhlenberg Stallions, and Madisonville Miners.

The 2023 OVL Season will start on Thursday, June 1, and our post season Tournament will end on Sunday, July 30. The League will play 43 games during the regular season followed by the Tournament which begins on Friday, July 21. Teams will play other teams within their division five times and the teams in the opposite division three times. The Championship Tournament series will consist of three rounds of best of three game series culminating on Sunday, July 30, with a post Season Champion.
