Player Bio

Shane Connahan comes to the Miners from Middle Tennessee State and joins a long line of Blue Raiders who have played for Madisonville.  He is a freshman from Beaver Falls, PA, and is a left-handed batting outfielder.  In high school he was a three sport letter winner with a career batting average of .423.  Middle Tennessee held a three game scrimmage in the fall and Shane started at third or in right field in all three games and was 4 for 11.
